DHAKA: Country’s stock markets marked fall in its price indices on Tuesday.

The key index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSEX, shed over 64 points only to stand at 3,792 at the close on the third trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 80,158 with volume of transactions at Tk 2,651 million.

Of the issues traded, 45 advanced, 221 declined and 19 remained unchanged.

BDBUILDING topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 228 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were ENVOYTEX, SQURPHARMA, ARGONDENIM, BSCCL, CMCKAMAL, TITASGAS, ACTIVEFINE, MPETROLEUM and JMISMDL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 7,422 by dropping over 121 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 20 gained, 172 declined and 16 remained unchanged.
