DHAKA: A Joint Venture Agreement was signed between The Glove Technology SA of Malaysia and Bangladesh based IPSSL Group of Companies (IPSSL) at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The agreement was formally signed by Tun Haji Abdullah Bin Ahmad Badawi, the Former Prime Minister of Malaysia and the Chairman of The Glove Technology, and Dato’ Dr M Haider Uzzaman, Chairman of IPSSL Group,Bangladesh on behalf of their respective side.

Under the agreement, The Glove Technology SA will provide the Technology, Support, and Supply the Glove and full support to IPSSL Group to set up this unique industry in Bangladesh, to save the environment and reduce the cost of substantially.

Speaking on the occasion, Dato’ Dr M Haider Uzzaman thanked the Former Prime Minister for choosing his group as the Partner in Bangladesh for expanding the technology in Bangladesh for the benefit of the people of Bangladesh.

In response, Tun Abdullah Badawi assured Dato’ Haider of all out assistance by him, the Malaysian Private sectors and the Government for the development of a brotherly country like Bangladesh.
