DHAKA: The 55th meeting of the ‘Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank Ltd, a private commercial bank, held on Saturday.

The meeting was held in the Board Room of Head Office of the bank, said a press release.

The Audit Committee Chairman Sahazada Syed Nizamuddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.

Members of the Committee and Vice Chairman of the bank Ashok Kumar Saha, Director M Zahidul Haque and Director M Fayekuzzaman were among others present at the meeting.  

Managing Director M Nazmus Salehin, DMD & Group Company Secretary AFM Nizamul Islam Chowdhury & DMD Mamun-ur Rashid were also present at the meeting.

The Audit Committee discussed important decisions of the bank and other inspection report at the meeting.
