Sunday marks the final day of election campaigning for the Dhaka University (DU) Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) and hall student council elections, scheduled to be held on Tuesday. 

Candidates are allowed to conduct their last-day campaigns from 10 am to 10 pm.

Meanwhile, with campaign materials such as handbills and leaflets still scattered across the campus, the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) has announced a campus-wide cleanliness drive on Monday.

The notice, issued Saturday night by Wasi Tami, office secretary of the DU unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, stated that the cleanliness initiative will be carried out throughout the day under the leadership of Chhatra Dal leaders and activists.

The campaign aims to ensure a clean and organized campus ahead of the elections.
