Polling for the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) election concluded on Tuesday afternoon (Sept 9), with voting wrapped up at several centres including the Senate Building, Udayan School, TSC, and Curzon Hall at around 4:00pm.
The day’s polling had begun at 8:00am.
In some locations, the process ran slightly beyond schedule to make up for delays earlier in the day.
At the Geology Department, for instance, polling began late, prompting officials to extend voting by 15 minutes. Despite the adjustment, queues of students were notably thin in several centres.
