Korean film fest in Dhaka Oct 1-5

DHAKA: Korean Film Festival will be held at main auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum in city from October 1 to October 5.

The Republic of Korea embassy in Dhaka made the announcement in a press release issued on Thursday (September 22).

State Minister for power, energy and mineral resources Nasrul Hamid is expected to attend the inaugural ceremony as chief guest while Public Diplomacy Ambassador of the embassy Nusrat Imrose Tisha will attend as special guest.

The release further said that four Korean movies will be screened from October 1 to October 5. It will be open to all.

The films are ‘No Breathing’, ‘A Hard Day’, ‘Born to Sing’ and ‘My Love’ and ‘My Bride’.

According to the organizers, this film festival will provide a good opportunity for Bangladesh people to enjoy and appreciate universal world of movie shared by Koreans with a certain level of its uniqueness.
