DHAKA: A youth was detained from Dhaka on Wednesday night (October 26) for his alleged involvement in piracy of a Bengali movie ‘Aynabazi’.

The detainee was identified as Atiqur Rahman Ovi. 

DMP deputy commissioner (public relations) Masudur Rahman told Banglanews that a cyber crime team of DMP’s Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit detained the youth from a cinema hall in Badda area.

Details will be disclosed in a press briefing later, he added.
