KOLKATA: A two-day program on the occasion of legendary Bangla folksinger Abbasuddin Ahmed’s birth anniversary will begin in Indian state West Bengal’s capital Kolkata on November 4.

Bangladesh deputy high commission and Abbasuddin Smaran Samiti will jointly organize the event.

Colorful music evenings will take place on the deputy high commission premises in Kolkata with the attendance of famous artistes from Bangladesh and West Bengal.

As in the previous years, people especially music lovers of Kolkata expressed their happiness regarding the upcoming event.
