Savar building collapse injures 20

SAVAR, DHAKA: At least 20 people were injured as an under construction building collapsed on them near Khaghan area of Birulia union under the upazila on Sunday.

Sources said the front side of a two-storey under construction building collapsed around 2:30pm, leaving 20 construction workers injured.

Birulia union acting Chairman Shajahan Miah confirmed the matter to banglanews.

He said, “Injured workers were rushed to nearby clinics.”
