DHAKA: A security guard was killed as two cocktails were blasted in city’s Kamlapur Railway Station area on Friday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Kashem, an on duty security patrol man of Kamlapur Railway Station.

Sources said miscreants blasted cocktails around 3:25pm in the area, leaving him dead on the spot.

Confirming the matter, Kamlapur Railway Station Officer-in-Charge Abdul Mujid said that two persons were nabbed in this connection.
