A woman and two children were found dead at Trishal upazila in Mymensingh district.

The bodies recovered from a pit on Tuesday (May 21) could not be identified, said police.

According to locals, they spotted the bodies in Kakarchar Nayapar area in the afternoon and informed police.

On information, police recovered the bodies and sent them to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. 

Shamim Hossain, additional superintendent of police confirmed the matter.

Primarily police thinks that the bodies were buried after killing them nearly a week ago.
