Paturia-Daulatdia ferry services resume

MANIKGANJ: The ferry services on Paturia-Daulatdia river route resumed after a four-hour disruption due to dense fog from Sunday morning.

The authority started the ferry service around 9:00am.

Earlier in the day, the authority halted the ferry services around 4:30am to avoid accidents. As a result two Ro-Ro ferries and one K-type ferry has stuck in the mid of Padma River.

Paturia Ghat Manager (commerce) Bidyut Kumar Saha confirmed the matter to banglanews.
