DHAKA: Four accused of Jubayer Ahmed, a former student of Jahangirnagar University, killing case fled from dock of a Dhaka court on Sunday.

The accused are Khandaker Ashikul Islam Ashik, Khan M Roichh, Istiak Mehbub Arup and Mahbub Akram.

Earlier on the day, they were appeared before the Dhaka Speedy Trial Tribunal-3 where ABM Nijamul Haque cancelled the High Court bail to the accused of Jubair murder case.

Immediate after passing the court order, they fled from the court to avoid arrest.

The court, however, has passed an arrest warrant against other two fugitive accused of the case.
