The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain or thundershowers with gusty winds at one or two places in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions over the next 24 hours, starting from this morning.
Elsewhere, the weather is expected to remain dry with a partly cloudy sky.
A trough of low pressure lies over West Bengal, while the seasonal low is over the South Bay. Day temperatures will remain unchanged, with night temperatures rising by 1-2°C.
The maximum temperature recorded on Tuesday was 35.2°C in Baghabari, Sirajganj, Jashore, and Khepupara, while the minimum temperature was 17.0°C in Tetulia, Panchagarh.
