KISHOREGANJ: President Abdul Hamid is set to visit his village home in Mithamain upazila of the district on Wednesday noon.

The helicopter carting the President is likely to land at the ground adjacent to Hazi Taijuddin High School in the upazila at around 2 pm.

He will be accorded a grand reception in a function to be held at Mithamain Thana ground.

He is also scheduled to inaugurate and lay foundation stone of 20 development works in the upazila including Mithamain College, Mithamain auditorium.

As per the sources, Abdul Hamid will stay at his hereditary house at night.

Locals are eagerly waiting for their beloved leader to welcome him.

Abdul Hamid advocate was elected for eight times as lawmaker from Kishoreganj-4 constituency.
