BENAPOLE, JESSORE: Border Security Force (BSF) of India allegedly killed a Bangladeshi aged person and hanged him from a tree near Benapole border under Sharsha upazila of the district on Thursday.
The identity of the deceased, aged around 65, could not be known immediately.
Locals suspect that BSF might have killed the man and hanged him from a tree far from only three yards of Indian export gate as the rope by which he was hanged collected from Indian line.
Confirming the matter Jessore-26 Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) camp in charge Nazrul Islam said that the body was found from Indian border where BSF guard patrol all time.
However no initiatives were taken yet in this connection.
