DHAKA: Six people, including a police official, were injured during a triangular clash among the activists of Chhatra Shibir, Awami League and law enforcers in city’s Jatrabari-Rayerbagh area on Saturday.

Witnesses said that the activists of Chhatra Shibir and AL locked into a fierce clash in the area ahead of Sunday’s hartal.

At one stage of the clash, police rushed to the spot that triggered a triangular clash, leaving six people injured including a police constable.

However police could not nab anyone in this connection.

Jatrabari police station Sub-Inspector Ruhul confirmed the matter to banglanews.
