JESSORE: Two motorcyclists killed after a deadly road accident near Shamlagasi area under Sharsha upazila of the district on Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Jamal Hossain, 35, son of Hyder Sharif from Benapole and Hiru, 27, son of Jalil member hailed from the same area.

Witness said a Dhaka-bound rashly driven bus crushed into to the motorbike carrying Jamal and Hiru near Shamlagasi area on Dhaka-Benapole route, leaving them dead on the spot.

Later, angry locals set blockade in the route.

Officer-in-Charge of Sharsha Thana Abdul Jalil confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Police rushed to the spot to heave up the blockade.
