NARAYANGANJ: Narayanganj city BNP general secretary ATM Kamal was detained by police from Mandalpara area of the city on Sunday morning.

Police sources said that he was nabbed at around 6:00am from the area in connection to the hartal violence.

Narayanganj Sadar Model Thana Officer-in-Charge Manjur Kader confirmed the matter to banglanews.
