FROM JATIYA SHANGSHAD: The 19th session of the ninth parliament resumed on Sunday afternoon amid boycott of opposition BNP.

The session began around 4:45pm with Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.

On Thursday, Speaker postponed the sitting till Sunday 4.00pm.

The current session started on September 12 and will continue till November 7.

Meanwhile, it is the last session of the ninth parliament.
