COX’S BAZAR: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel recovered 6,000 pieces Yaba tablets worth Tk 1806,000 from Beribadh area of old transit Ghat of Teknaf of the district on Monday afternoon.

Sources said that Teknaf BGB company commander Major Zakaria with a BGB team recovered 6,000 pieces Yaba tablets from the area at around 4:30pm.

Sensing the presence of law enforces, owner of the Yaba tablets fled the scene.

BGB Battalion-42 Deputy Director Captain H Kamrul Hasan confirmed the matter to banglanews.
