DHAKA: Miscreants blasted four cocktails in front of BRAC University in Mohakhali Commercial Area of the city on Wednesday afternoon.

Police sources said a pedestrian was injured and locals started running to and fro in the area after the blast around 4:15 pm.

Besides, Shibir activists also blasted seven cocktails and vandalized several vehicles in Mohakhali Bus Stand area.

Police failed to nab anyone in this connection as they fled the scene immediately after the incident.

Officer-in-Charge of Banani Thana Mahbub Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
