DHAKA: Sajib Wajed Joy, son of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, categorically said that they (Awami League) do not want to see unelected government anymore. Any unelected person won’t be allowed in the state power.
He came up with the assertion on Friday morning while addressing a roadside rally in Nimtoli under Sirajdikhan on way to his Gopalganj tour.
Joy, also the Information Technology affairs adviser to PM, said, “My mother proposed for all-party poll-time government and invited opposition leader without any condition, on the contrary Khaleda Zia gave 48-hour ultimatum and enforced 3-day non-stop nationwide hartal.”
He also said ahead of upcoming parliamentary election, Bangla Bhai, Huji, Shibir cadres now active to create anarchy in the country.
If BNP come in power militancy, terrorism will return in the country. He sought vote for Awami league again to continue the country’s ongoing development.
The rally was attended, among others, by Redoan Siddik Babi, Sheikh Helal Uddin, Mollah Abu Kawsar, Pankaj Debnath, Enamul Haque Shamim, Mahiuddin Ahmed, Luthfur Rahman, Sehikh Russell.
