PABNA: District Jamaat-e-Islam has called dawn-to-dusk shutdown in Pabna district protesting the arrest of its leaders and demanding release.

District Nayeeb-e-Ameer of the party made the announcement of the shutdown on Monday afternoon.

However, Additional Police Super of Pabna Siddiqur Rahman said the detainees are accused of violence and other cases.
