DHAKA: Former president and Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad left here for India on a four-day visit at the invitation of India government.
The plane of Jet Airways, carrying HM Ersahd, took off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10am Sunday (July 22).
Jatiya Party leaders and activists saw him off at the airport.
Deputy Press Secretary to HM Ershad Khandaker Delwar Hossain Jalali disclosed the matter to media.
The JP Chairman’s delegation includes JP Secretary General ABM Ruhul Amin Hawladar MP, presidium members Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu, Sunil Shuvo Roy and Maj (retd) Md Khaled Akhter.
However, they are expected to back home Tuesday afternoon (July 24).
