Kamal urges students to go home before anything bad happens

DHAKA: Mentioning that a vested quarter is trying to take advantage of the ongoing student movement, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal urged agitating students to go home before any untoward situation occurs.

BNP’s student wing Chhatra Dal and Shibir men are spreading spurs in social media on this matter and students should go back to home before facing something worse, he added.

The Home Minister made the call at an urgent press conference in his Dhanmondi residence on Thursday night (August 2).

He also assured that if students go back now they won’t be harassed or given TC from their respective educational institutions.
