Bangladesh sealed the three-match ODI series against India keeping one match in hand at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Wednesday.
A heroic performance of Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Mahmudullah Riyad helped Bangladesh score 271/7 from 69/6.
Miraz confirmed his first ODI hundred hammering eight fours and four sixes while Mahmudullah scored 77 off 96 balls at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.
Their partnership of 148 for the seventh wicket has become only the second batter to score an ODI hundred from No. 8 or lower.
Washington Sundar bagged three wickets while Mohammed Siraj and Umran Malik got two wickets each.
In reply, India scored 266/9 after Shreyas Iyer scored the highest 82 off 102 balls while Axar Patel 56 and Rohit Sharma (c) 51 runs.
Ebadot Hossain bagged three wickets while Miraz and Nasum got two wickets each.
Miraz was adjudged the player of the match for his outstanding performance.
Earlier in the day, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat this time instead of chasing as they did in the first ODI in Mirpur on Sunday.
The hosts won a thrilling opener of the three-match series with one wicket to spare in Dhaka.
