DHAKA: India are facing the host Bangladesh bowlers in their second game of the three-match ODI series at Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in city’s Mirpur on Sunday afternoon.

Opening batsman Rohit Sharma began batting with Shikhar Dhawan in another end of the crease while Mustafizur Rahman bowled the first over of the innings.

Mustafizur Rahman removed Rohit for a duck in the second ball of the first over.

Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan are at the crease.

Earlier India captain MS Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat first. The day night match kicked off at 3:00pm (local time).

India have dropped Ajinkya Rahane, Umesh Yadav and Mohit Sharma.  Ambati Rayudu, Axar Patel and Dhawal Kulkarni joined the team. Bangladesh remain unchanged.

Indian captain Dhoni believed that there would be a bit more pressures on Bangladesh now that they can realistically think of a series win.

Bangladesh are on their longest winning streak at home - nine games. They beat Zimbabwe 5-0 and Pakistan 3-0 before taking the 1-0 lead over India. Their previous best run was from November 30 to December 17, 2006.

Earlier on Thursday, Bangladesh pulls off a shock 79-run over two-time world champion India in the first match, trailing the visitors 0-1 in the series.
