West Indies chasing India’s 145

DHAKA: With a strong hope and possibility to win the trophy of ICC U-19 World Cup-2016, West Indies batsmen are chasing 146-run target, set by India in final match of the tournament.

India lost all wickets to score 145 runs at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in city’s Mirpur area on Sunday (February 14).

Winning the toss, West Indies decided to bowl first, a proven good decision taken by skipper Shimron Hetmyer.

Sarfaraz Khan hit 51 runs, Batham 21 and Lomror 19 to lead the team to 145 runs. No other batsmen could score a double digit run.

Caribbean bowlers have done a great job to pave way for the team to win trophy of the tournament. Joseph and John bagged three wickets each while Paul got two.
