CHITTAGONG: The third day’s play in the second Test between Bangladesh and Australia was delayed to start due to heavy rainfall at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong on Wednesday (Sep 6).
Warner and Handscomb shared an unbeaten partnership in the third wicket as Australia reached 225-2 at stumps, replying to Bangladesh’s first innings total of 305 runs on Tuesday (Sep 5).
Warner was on 88 with Handscomb on 69 as the visitors were trailing Bangladesh by 80 runs in their first innings.
Bangladesh lead the two-match series after winnings the first Test by 20 runs in Dhaka.
