DHAKA: WhatsApp users are going to be able to reach each other through voice call soon.

Reddit user Pradnesh Patil from India posted a screenshot of the feature on Tuesday, which he said he could access after running the most recent version of WhatsApp (2.11.508) on his Nexus 5, using Android Lollipop, reports The Telegraph.

As the service has already been started in India, it is expected to be launched in other neighboring countries soon.

However, WhatsApp is yet to officially announce voice calling as a feature, but the soft roll out suggests the service may be looking to gather user feedback before launching internationally.
