TANGAIL: State minister for posts and telecommunications Advocate Tarana Halim said that four generation (4G) of telecommunications will be introduced in the country soon.

She made this disclosure at an annual awards distribution program at Belayet Hossain Bahumukhi High School in Delduar upazila of Tangail district on Saturday afternoon.

Tarana Halim further said that her ministry is working for the development of ICT.

‘Telecommunication has been improved from 2G to 3G and SIM registration has been started.’
