DHAKA: Petrobangla, a state-run company, decided not to supply gas to all fertilizer factories except Jamuna to keep the power production uninterrupted.   

The authorities concerned took the decision to supply uninterrupted power during T-20 World Cup Cricket and irrigation for Boro season.   

Petrobangla Chairman Dr Hossain Mansur made the disclosure to banglanews on Thursday.     

Letters are being sent to all related concerned within the day make the decision effective.  

However, it could take few days to stop gas supply due to unavoidable circumstances, he added.
