DHAKA: Sonali Bank filed another case against the Hall-Mark chairman, managing director for realising Tk 9.92 crore from Boby Denim Limited.

On behalf of Sonali Bank, officer of bank’s Rupashi Bangla Branch Abdus Salam filed the case.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Sonali Bnak’s lawyer Hosne Ara said more cases will be filed against the organization.

On March 27, Sonali Bank filed three separate cases against the Hall-Mark chairman, managing director and three others for realising Tk 21.11 crore.

Earlier, the Anti Corruption Commission filed 11 cases against 27 persons tied to Hall-Mark and its lender Sonali Bank on October 4 of 2012.

On October 7 in 2-13, the graft watchdog pressed charges against 25 of them.
