DHAKA: Sonali Bank filed another case against Hall-Mark managing director Tanvir Ahmed and its chairman Jesmin Islam for a loan default of TK 450 crores.
On behalf of Sonali Bank, Abdus Salam, executive officer of the bank’s Rupashi Bangla Branch, filed the case with Dhaka's Money Loan Court-1 on Tuesday morning.
Plaintiff lawyer Advocate Hosne Ara Begum confirmed the matter to banglanews.
With this one on Tuesday, Sonali sued Hall-Mark for 14th times. Tuesday’s case was the biggest one ever.
