DHAKA: Banglalink, one of the largest cell phone operators of the country, has recently inaugurated the new premises of its call center in Chittagong.

The inaugural ceremony was held in the presence of Banglalink chief financial officer Ahmad Y Haleem, chief commercial officer Shihab Ahmad and HR & Administration director Riviera Ho Rathore and other high officials of the operator, said a press release.

In the program, Shihab Ahmad said, “Banglalink call center at Chittagong is to provide the consumers with the best ever consumer experience”.

The address of the customer centre is IIUC Tower, 8th floor, Plot# 09, Agrabad C/A, Sk. Mujib road, Chittagong. 

Banglalink, which has over 29 million subscribers in the country, is a subsidiary of Netherlands based Vimpelcom Ltd.
