DHAKA: The tax-free income limit for country’s freedom fighters, women and senior citizens might be increased in the budget for the fiscal year 2014-15.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith came up with the assertion in an interview at a national daily.
“The tax-free income ceiling for men might be unchanged,” he added.
He is set to place country’s 43th budget on Thursday afternoon before the parliament.
Country will get highest ever Tk 2.50 lakh crore national budget for the fiscal year 2014-15.
