DSE cuts trading hours for Ramadan

DHAKA: The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has decided to shorten their trading and office hours during the holy month of Ramadan.

The time has been rescheduled at a regular board meeting held on Monday.

The DSE said in a media statement, trading at the prime bourses will begin at 10:30am and continue until 1:30pm.

It also added that the DSE office will remain open from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

However, the trading hour will begin at 10:30am and continue till 2:30pm after the Eid ul-Fitr.
