DHAKA: Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon has expressed dissatisfaction with the service quality of United Airways, one of private airlines in the country.

He revealed it at a meeting at the conference room of the ministry on Thursday noon.

He said that there are a plenty of complains from the passengers about the air-conditioning and schedule of the airways.

He also asked United Airways to increase the level of the quality of the service.

However, there were many allegations of passengers against the airways such as low-quality passenger service, risky take off and emergency landing, rough schedule and so on.
