DHAKA: PeopleNTech wants to make 10,000 IT graduates in Bangladesh as its target. They will be trained in such a quality that they will be able to earn millions of dollars annually in USA and other countries by acquiring jobs going there through air journey. This is the dream of Abu Hanif, the CEO and founder of PeopleNTech.
Earlier, Abu Hanip was presented to the readers of Banglanews. At that time he told that I like to use the word ’Hanip’ instead of Help. Then, no one will say ‘may I help you’ rather they will say ‘may I Hanip you’.
What sort of determination and will power need to speak such. At that time we had talks at the big training centre of PeopleNTech at Astoria in New York. There I found thousands of people of different age groups both male and female were learning the various magical techniques of computer.
They were learning software and other modern technologies of computer. The chief trainer was Abu Hanip and the learners were most Bangladeshi people.
Abu Hanip was trying to bring out the Bangladeshis engaged in odd jobs. Meanwhile, few thousand Bangladeshis have been employed in the mainstream companies of USA with handsome salary.
Abu Hanip has now brought his dream to Bangladesh by setting a branch of PeopleNTech here. He has already completed the setting of the training centre at Green Road of the capital Dhaka. Hanif will make 10,000 IT graduates from this centre.
They will join multi-national companies even sitting at airport. Besides, they will be engaged in country’s big companies. Some will earn sitting in their houses through outsourcing. Bangladesh will be included in data entry list of software engineering and other costly tasks.
Abu Hanip had talks this tine at Banglanews office, Dhaka. On Tuesday last, he came to Banglanews office.
A great initiative is needed to fulfill the government’s endeavor to make Bangladesh a middle income country within 2021 and a developed country within 2041.
He told that IT sector will be the fourth pillar of economy after agriculture, readymade garments and remittance. From this sector millions of dollars will come which will be source of power to go ahead.
Through a calculation, he showed that PeopleNTech has trained 3000 Bangladeshis in the USA who are earning one lakh dollars yearly on an average.
According to that calculation the total income stands at $ 30-crore. If they send 20 percent of their income, the country is getting $ 6-crore annually. This is the contribution of PeopleNTech alone and if other such trainer joins in the race then the income will exceed billion dollars. And it is possible.
Abu Hanif has brought this dream of imparting training to the people of different age groups so that they can earn million dollars. Then it will become a middle income country in 2021.
Fifty percent will learn free of cost those who will learn from Abu Hanip in Bangladesh. They will get special scholarships. But it is applicable to only insolvent learners.
Abu Hanif is also providing scholarships in the USA. They are taking this important and costly training in Astoria and Virginia centers. The scholarship deserving candidates are selected from the recommendations of various organizations in the USA.
The people, after learning, are getting rid of the frustrations of odd job. Particularly the graduates of People N Tec are getting high salaried job there. Their lifestyle are being changed with good job and joining the mainstream job of USA. With the increase of income, they send money to their home which will help the country to have strong footing.
Abu Hanif has a clear vision and selection process for Dhaka center. Here the interested persons will be selected with much care testing their merit and quality.
He said that the people like wife, sister or brother who can arrange sponsorship from their immigrant in USA will be given preference.
Under H1B visa, the government of USA will take 1.8 lakh new immigrants, which is three times more than other years. So, the Bangladeshi IT trained will have the most opportunities.
Abu Hanif told that those who have graduated from universities my training will help them very much.
After completion of course they will submit their CV and the company will call them for employment. Company will be the sponsor.
Abu Hanif told that all these are possible. Some Bangladeshis have taken training of Abu Hanif through on line and video conferencing. But there is a problem. In USA the training is held in the day then it is night in this country. For this reason many cannot avail this chance. But the Dhaka center will remove that problem.
Abu Hanif informed that exactly ten thousand people will be graduated. He told that if he gets time and scope then he will set up a IT university in Bangladesh. However it will be discussed later on, Hanip concluded his dream lover talks.
Abu Hanif after completing his study in Chittagong Engineering University went to USA through DV lottery in 2000. Then it took only few years to make his fortune. So to show dream to the people is only possible for a man like him.
