DHAKA: The National Board of Revenue (NBR) will award 403 income taxpayers across the country as recognition of their respective contributions.
NBR recently issued a gazette notice to honor the highest taxpayers for 2012-13 and 2013-14 fiscal years.
The awards will include tax cards, crests and certificates.
Finance Minister AMA Muhith is expected to join the award giving ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.
He will hand over the awards to the taxpayers on the day.
NBR started giving the awards from December 31 in 2012 for FY 2009-2010 to encourage the taxpayers across the country.
