DHAKA: All types of official activities as well as the trading of shares at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) will remain closed for five days on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.

DSE and CSE sources said on Monday.

The Eid vacation will begin from October 5 and continue till October 9.

However, the total vacation will be nine days as October 3, 4, 10 and 11 are weekly holidays.

The security exchange activities will resume from October 12, the sources added.
