DHAKA: Chairman and Managing Director and Member of the Board to United Airways, an enlisted company to stock exchange, Captain Tasbirul Ahmed Choudhury has resigned from his post.

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website published the matter on Tuesday.

The Board of Directors of the company has reconstituted the board, in this context, appointing Mohammad Mahatabur Rahman as Chairman, Shahinoor Alam as Managing Director (Acting) and Wing Commander Ferdous Imam (Retd) as Chief Executive Officer (Acting).
