DHAKA: US ambassador to Bangladesh Marcia Stephens Bloom Bernicat commented that Bangladesh will lose investment if the levels of transparency and efficiency are not increased.

She made the remark at the annual general meeting (AGM) of International Business Forum Bangladesh at Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel in city on Thursday (May 12).

The envoy also said that Bangladeshi products are going to many countries now and have become international products.

Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) president Abdul Matlub Ahmad and Forum president Hafizur Rahman, among others, were present at the event.
