DHAKA: Edison Properties Ltd. recently signed a deal with Anika Farzana Chowdhury, the owner of the land, for a joint venture project at Gulshan North Avenue in Dhaka.

A commercial/apartment building with all modern facilities will be constructed at Plot-2B, Gulshan North Avenue.

Edison Group managing director Jakaria Shahid signed the agreement on behalf of Edison Properties Ltd.

Edison Group chairman Aminur Rashid Brig. Gen. Tasaddek Hossain psc (Retd), Edison Properties Ltd senior director and also general manager Nurerzaman Chowdhury, assistant general manager Liakot Ali Khan and assistant manager Imran Perves along with other officials were present during the signing ceremony.
