DHAKA: Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) is witnessing loss in share price indices while Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) gains in the opening hours on Monday (October 31), the second trading session of the week.
DSEX, the prime index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), shed over 0.57 points or 0.01 percent to stand at 4604.50 points at 12:32 pm.
Trade deals stood at 49,201 with transaction at over Tk 1904.44 million. Of the issues traded, 148 advanced, 101 declined and 54 remained unchanged.
Doreen Power Generations and Systems Limited topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 181.53 million having changed hands till then.
The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), however, experiencing gain as CSCX, the prime index of the port city bourse acquired over 4.52 points to stand at 8617.74 points at 12:30 pm.
Of the issues traded in the port city share market, 94 gained, 74 declined and 27 remained unchanged. The total value of exchange was over Tk 128.15 million.
