AGARTALA: A two-day discussion regarding the prospect of gas and oil exploration in Bangladesh and India will be held in Indian state Tripura’s capital Agartala.
The discussion will begin November 7 at Pragna Bhaban in Agartala.
Tripura governor Tathagata Roy will inaugurate the discussion to be attended by lawmaker Jitendra Chowdhury.
An 11-member Bangladesh delegation, including Petrobangla general managers Mohammad Latifur Rahman and Mohammad Abdus Sultan and Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Limited general managers Nadia Begum and Mohammad Abul Kashem, will join the event.
