He made the assertion at a stipend handover program of Prime Bank Foundation in city’s International Convention City, Bashundhara on Saturday (November 12).
The governor said a student has become a BCS cadre officer and one will be a doctor after getting financial assistance from Prime Bank.
“There are many talented students in the country. If the insolvent students get stipend they will be able to use their talent.”
He further said that he will send a recommendation to the finance minister and NBR chairman to issue an order to evade tax from CSR activities.
According to him, Bangladesh has become a role model of development to the world and the education stipend will help build skill manpower.
