DHAKA: Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL), one of the leading private banks in the country, signed a Payroll Banking Agreement with R M Group, Mother concern of Al-Salam Fabrics Ltd., recently in Chittagong.

EBL disclosed the matter through a press release, issued on Thursday (November 24).

It said, Forhad Azad Chowdhury, Manager of Agrabad Branch of EBL and Md. Moniruzzaman, Head of Finance, R M Group signed the agreement on behalf of their respective business organizations.
