New VAT act to be implemented from July

DHAKA: Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Monday (February 27) said the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act-2012 will be implemented from July.

The minister came up with the disclosure while talking to journalists after holding a meeting with a delegation of International Monetary Fund (IMF) at his secretariat office.
